Most had NO revenues when they IPO'd.

It's a bit of a moving target before you pull the trigger. Here is our Short list, there are plenty of exemptions and filings to attain, we have EVERYTHING Except the cash to finish the Audit at this point. Once we complete the Audit this will show how much our Drugs are actually worth compared to other Cancer Killing Drugs on the Market today. (Asset Valuations)

Then we are Golden to start the filing process. We have everything else. We will do a Class A listing if need be @ $3-5.00 USD and let the Common Stock follow as it will. Other options available too.

Maybe give them a hint NOT to change the topic and try to confirm what we are doing, Lol. We know what we are doing. If you READ here you do too. We are not going through a delisting it's DONE.

It's BEEN delisted for a couple years now.

Yeah, Troy I hear you. We've already been through the Intl hijacked stock symbol syndrome. And the name hijacking syndrome still.

The SEC/FINRA will take your stock symbol back and give it away just like a "license plate". They own it not us. When we come back to trade they will give us a different "license plate they own" called our Stock Trading Symbol.

That is why you see a # number instead of a stock symbol now and in some cases even the name, which confuses a lot of people. Brokerage Firms have all this info, imagine we are not even licensed broker and look what we know. Brokerage Firms are Licensed to know everything I just told you.

We are a NUMBER until we get a new stock symbol for trading. Our Name, Company, everything is current on State level, except they trading status on Stock Exchanges. Hence no trading symbol.

Only you know ALL the shares you purchased and where. Not us. You could be a sub-number in our list and not even a name on our list if your Broker still has "your Shares in their Name" still.

Whoever has your Shares can give you an Official Letter representing what they hold for you. We can confirm through the SEC/FINRA lists and then you are good.

Hope this helps you. Once we hire more people through the University and get them going you will have much more clear info at your finger tips.

Right now, it is real simple, you have no stress if you know where your shares are. Symbol Letters numbers whatever.

We know the RULES and follow them, that is why this takes so long with soooo much money to work with, Lol.

That is about to CHANGE too. We can NOT cut any corners, Obviously. We can find different race tracks to earn Prize Money all day long before we get back on the main circuit and maybe even the Champion Circuit, NASDAQ.
