Answer: Because they are waiting on "Step by Step" instructions from the Company, just like everyone else.

Question: Why is this so tough to comprehend ??
Answer: Because some people do not want the Company to Succeed.

Line item: “Domicile Changes”. This is the short form statement for our company legal re-structure work when you have different operations in different geological locations or different jurisdictions or different Countries and so on, if you will. Our corporate services groups advises us of our options to accomplish our goals on a local and international basis, this is the main work no one sees behind the scenes.

Usually it’s our management team and our service providers running around, communicating and completing all actions “Steps” required to complete the new share issuances in all jurisdictions. Primarily we are dealing with; resolutions, notaries, legal opinions, fedex, dhl, different government services and agencies, transfer agents, back and forth with EVERYONE at the same time or concurrently, depending on what “Step” we are on until it all gets done.

*** Considering what we have accomplished thus far, (Harvard Award, Killing Cancer with Harvard, more historical clinical studies, and strong FDA initiatives targeting so many critical ailments, and so much more…).

All this “Success” that we have accomplished thus far makes the time it takes to complete all these corporate “Steps” NOTHING compared to the rewards we all receive with our “continued Success”. Hence, the “paid monster” attacks (acting like shareholders) that want us to fail.

Even the SEC wants to see us Succeed, and they are NOT even shareholders!!! We are Truly Blessed, about to be very Happy, and back on the Highway!

We are good and we are almost done, it’s just taking way longer than expected, new info and changes, which are frustrating at best, however sometimes it’s in our favor and that’s the BEST Part. Things do change along the way, legal pathways, new information, economic and demographic, sometimes even new circumstances around the world changes things, so we make sure we stay fluid and make the proper adjustments to accommodate the "Steps" until we complete our Goals.

Stay Strong, Be Positive, don’t let the negative or even nasty people mess stop you from anything you want to accomplish, “Ten times out of Ten” they are just Jealous in the end.

Stay Safe and Stay Home everyone, this nasty virus mess seems to be teetering at the top right now, this thing is wild, but beatable. Stay healthy, Vitamin C as a base seems to be working for me, God willing, everything else is about basic medicinal survival.
