Hello Raymond, Francis Cormier here. Ray, about a month ago; Inger Stewart posted a question pertaining to her CBIS and ENDO stock shares converting to new stock symbols. You responded two weeks later by cutting-and-pasting an ACCESSWIRE article dated May 8, 2023. Would it be possible to receive a more recent/current update as to the behind-the-scenes activity that is/has been going on since then? Also, Dana Farber Cancer Institute has the Jimmy Fund as its own Charitable Organization:

"The Jimmy Fund supports cancer research and patient care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, Massachusetts. According to the Jimmy Fund, 87–88 cents of every dollar donated goes directly to these causes. These funds help fund things like: Clinical trials, Developing new cancer drugs, Equipment for discoveries, and The Jimmy Fund Building for research and patient care."   https://danafarber.jimmyfund.org/

Is there any reason that CBIS can't create a Charitable Organization for itself rather than diluting the stock by trying to sell more stock? Not only that; I think that the ball will roll much faster that way; onward to the FDA. Your fundraiser would provide for a tax deduction for that contribution. I doubt that anyone is going to throw money your way without getting something out of it.

Thanks Francis, Bradford and EVERYONE !!

I responded to Kelly a couple weeks ago that we will make announcements shortly, and we are way too close to spoil it with premature information now!

We've been overly Swamped in closings and negotiations, we have two strong new partnerships that are in closing now. These two groups will certainly assist in the money raise required for us to move forward with our FDA Cancer Drug initiatives. As well as new product releases and a number of other fronts we have already laid out.

WE ARE in the Groove!

Once we start again, there will be "Fireworks" !!!

Once we put out the first News Releases, we will close out the CSi-VIP Legacy Drug Ownership Program, make sure you ARE a CSi-VIP and have what you need or what you want. Current CSi-VIP's you are on the VIP-list!

Once we are back up and running properly, ALL of our Shares will come back trading on the Markets on a couple exchanges and if we are so Fortunate we might even see NASDAQ sooner than later.
