Anyone who thinks Cannabis Science actually stole their shares has got it completely BACKWARDS. Please get it right. We never took your shares, if Your Shares are missing that is a Brokerage Firm, SEC, Transfer Agent legal matter or for whoever Stole them it becomes a Police matter. We never took anyone's Shares.

The SEC confirmed ALL our Shares will stay intact. "IF YOUR SHARES ARE TRULY MISSING CONTACT US." We will help direct you to the proper Authorities. However, Fortunately and Unfortunately almost everything does costs MONEY and Priority takes Priority. Fortunately, we know where ALL Our shares are, SO WE ARE ALL GOOD, so that is "NOT A PRIORITY". Good thing we can decipher the difference between PRIORITY and everything else, even with all the unnecessary noise.

Outside of launching critical lawsuits, addressing the pending lawsuits, the defaming websites, non-stop barrage of attacks from shareholders or not, all the beautiful emails non-stop, and all the beautiful phone calls non-stop. Cannabis Science had also received a $27,000.00 USD invoice from STC that was payable immediately. STC said it built up over the last year or so. It made no sense how it got so big when they were Not doing anything for the Company during the inflated bill period. Maybe we missed something. It was a hard NO from them and a HARD one for us to comprehend.

So, Mr. Dabney contested the amounts with STC to no avail and received explanations of question for additional services the Company did not approve. The amount for these questionable “unapproved services” were the reason the bill still remains unpaid. Most of that invoice had not been seen by Mr. Dabney and was not approved by Mr. Dabney or anyone in Cannabis Science. STC remains an open issue and we will fix when we have Priority FOCUS time for this, however, we are good.

*** Then STC stock Transfer started quoting "Their Pricing" to complete the Loyalty Gift transfers. These numbers are approximate, but not far off:

*** FORTUNATELY, we do not require the services of STC Stock Transfer under their "Financial Conditions" to issue these GIFT Shares for Mr. Dabney or ANY other Cannabis Science shares unless the Company chooses to use their services. The Company Cannabis Science Inc., from this point forward will issue the CBIS Loyalty GIFT Shares to its shareholders and handle the subsequent filings for the trading of our Securities all the way up to NASDAQ, unless we approve any other actions first.

*** Fortunately, we have progressed to the point where we must BEGIN NOW, we must issue ALL our pending share issuances now in order to move forward to the next Steps to bring our Shares back Trading again. The following Steps will Officially layout your process to receive your Shareholder Loyalty Gift:
