1.  If you have CBIS shares that you invested $100.00 and you are adding another $65.00 to that $100.00 cost base. This borderline, does not make a lot of sense "unless you think" it is going to increase higher in VALUE, of course.

2.   But if you have 100,000 CBIS shares and you paid $5,000.00 for them you might think twice, because you are getting 50% more for $65.00, you don't need to be Einstein to figure that one out.

That is why our Real Shareholders "get it" and do not complain either way, because we are Winning REGARDLESS is the whole point.

All the fees are "par for the course" and actually a lot cheaper than the regular course fees considering what you are getting, if it even makes sense for you.

We will check timing to see how fast everyone gets their Gift orders in. We should be well underway shortly with the TV Show and all our shares issued and/or accounted for by then. Then we can begin structure changes to apply for NASDAQ or OTC higher listing first. We shall see as we get closer.
