Great question Penelope,

I've been getting a few inquiries as to why we are not announcing more Cannabis Science trading News. Some do not understand the pathways to trade. Financial Strength, is the fastest pathway to bring any Company back to trade regardless of what exchange they are on or choose to trade on. That is our Focus, our Financial Strength. Our Assets are worth plenty for NASDAQ qualified trading, but they are not the "cash" required to move forward and finalize.

Each Company, including Cannabis Science will have its own trading symbol, trading independently, under its own Merit of ownership structure.

By Partnering with various companies it allows us to multiply our resources as we focus on converting and leveraging our Assets to accumulate that cash, instead of relying solely on non-stop shareholder investments as other Companies do.

We are leveraging our Assets and using shareholder investments together to speed things up. If we had a Million in the Treasury we would be trading already. We don't need that much, so timing for trading is based on resources as we have mentioned previously. Hence the new Partnership deals to help speed things up dramatically.

*** "EBYH" is our newest ASU/CSi-EDP Partner company. These Partnerships are designed to give us the additional required cash flow to pay for all the filing fees, legal team and accounting/auditors to bring ALL our Cannabis Science, ENDO, and GBXI shares back trading on the OTC markets instead of the Expert exchange. Day 21, September 3, 2024, It's looking pretty "solemn September" out there for some Companies Folks! Some are even saying get ready for the Fall, Fall. Might as well get out and stay in front of all this!

Fortunately, "EBYH" does not trade in line with the general market, it trades off growth potential and audience numbers. That's why it doubled and tripled in value so quickly and this in ONLY the Beginning. Meaning, once we see critical mass, supply and demand takes precedent.

That's when either there are more Buyers than Seller's or more Sellers than Buyers. We have come nowhere near critical mass yet. When we do, I think we will ALL be very Happy regardless of market conditions, as Everyone is looking for a Winner!

*** We certainly believe our "Inaugural" 1-Million Strong Killing Cancers - Fight Club - Fundraiser Event will create that critical mass for us! So hold on! Here we come! I had a Great weekend mapping out the floor plans and sponsorship packages for ring mat, TV ads, and online streaming plans.

Still a bunch of work to do. Today I think we nail down the venue now that we have a floor plan that works for our 1-Million Strong Killing Cancers "VIP"  Fundraiser Experience! It's certainly a good time to accumulate "EBYH" at the Best prices possible while things get finalized.

Once we start advertising the event and selling tickets, I think things will change dramatically in the "EBYH" market in anticipation of this Worldwide "VIP" Cancer Killing - Fundraiser Event. (I believe we will be airing on Television in multiple countries Worldwide, as well as, Worldwide online streaming access).

"Straight outta (Bloomberg)" — September has traditionally been a terrible month for traders and risks being even harder to navigate in 2024 given lingering questions about the Federal Reserve’s anticipated interest-rate cut.

Bonds, stocks and gold have typically suffered losses in the month, as traders reassessed their portfolios after the summer break. The S&P 500 Index (^GSPC) and Dow Jones Industrial Average (^DJI) have had their biggest percentage losses since 1950 in the month of September. Bonds have slid in eight of the last 10 Septembers, while bullion has dropped every time since 2017.

Investors may need to prepare for stormier weather this time, facing uncertainties including a crucial US jobs report seen key to the magnitude and frequency of the Fed’s future interest-rate cuts. Stocks trading near records and Treasuries enjoying their longest monthly winning streak in three years look vulnerable to data shocks or surprises from a tight US presidential race.

“Fall comes with falls — especially with markets pricing in so much for Fed cuts and people chasing the ‘Goldilocks’ scenario out there,” said Vishnu Varathan, head of economics and strategy at Mizuho Bank in Singapore. “Markets would be more edgy than normal.”

Fresh from a hectic August that featured a brief but brutal global stock rout, investors now look to Friday’s employment data that may shed light on the health of the world’s No. 1 economy and shape the trajectory of the Fed’s upcoming monetary easing campaign.

With a hefty four quarter-point rate cuts currently priced in by the end of this year, there’s heightened risk for wild market swings if the Fed sounds less dovish than expected at its meeting that concludes on Sept. 18.

“September seasonality has a checkered record, with risk-off not uncommon and in election years more dramatic,” Bob Savage, head of markets strategy and insights at BNY, wrote in a note. “There is a sense that the US jobs report ahead will determine the course for the rest of the year.”

The S&P 500 has fallen in each of the last four Septembers and this time the non-farm payrolls data may carry added weight for US stocks.

“The market is currently driven by a few mega-cap tech stocks, making it vulnerable to significant drawdowns if these stocks falter,” said Manish Bhargava, chief executive officer at Straits Investment Management in Singapore. “Any surprise could lead to a rapid unwinding of leveraged positions.”

Another source of volatility is Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump’s first TV debate next week, an event considered pivotal to the momentum of their campaigns as the election enters its final stretch.

One risk is “the idea of a contested election like what we saw in 2000,” Amy Wu Silverman, head of derivatives strategy at RBC Capital Markets, wrote in a note. While Fed Chair Jerome Powell has “pretty much removed any debate of ‘Will they, or won’t they?’ for a September rate cut, the big question is ‘How much?’”

Given the high stakes, strategists say caution will be key to navigating markets.

Hedging has been looking “cheap for quite a while,” according to RBC Capital Markets, while LPL Financial sees opportunity in US communication services, energy and health-care stocks. For the current equity market trajectory to remain intact, growth and easy policy will be required, according to BNY.

“Buckle up and ensure extra protection is in place,” said Hebe Chen, an analyst at IG Markets Ltd.

In 2017, the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors ordered the seizure and destruction of 26.19 Acres of Hemp Crop. Those plants were ready for harvest (6+ ft tall); over 2000+ plants. ALL State and Federal Laws were satisfied and met the approval of all applicable standards.

Nonetheless, the Hemp Farm was destroyed, and all persons involved were prosecuted. But all charges were dismissed?! Legislative Immunity! Go figure? Good Case Study for your Law Degree Program, Raymond. My research of the court case documents involved in this case does support the notion that foul play may have been involved. Furthermore, the CBIS Attorney was either on the take or completely incompetent - In My Opinion.

I have paid close attention over the years after that Hemp Seizure! I do know what happened because of that: ASU shut down completely - close the blinds; shut the lights; lock the door.

But your team developed a Cancer Killing Process with several Cancer Killing Formulations regardless. You then engaged with Dana Farber to apply this "CBIS Toolbox" to the "Dana Farber Sandbox." The Dana Farber validation of these CBIS Invention(s) [Process and Formulations], I believe; is now ready for Clinical Trials!? (Please correct me if I stated anything wrong.) YOU JUST NEED $$ - LOTS OF $$.

I can remember a time during one of our phone calls though; when you stated: "There is more than one way to skin a cat."

Man, I have to tell you; I AM IMPRESSED!

I've watched as you have "skinned a cat" - one after another - aka: various investment programs; developed to raise the necessary funds to move forward! I believe that much more $$$ is needed though.

I believe this CSi-EDP Partnership with EBYH though; once it is truly in production and commercialized worldwide; will provide GBXi/CBIS/etc. with ALL of the $$ necessary pretty darn fast! I think that EBYH will probably; right out of the gate; have some growing pains to keep up with the demand. They will have to grow very fast.

It's like playing catch up to the rest of the field. At least we have a serious opportunity to leapfrog over a few hurdles!

You are correct it takes plenty of cash to get the FDA program underway, however, we have multiple plans to complete that, of course, including the 1-Million Strong Fundraisers, the TV Show, and working with "EBYH" on a number of levels.

Your quotes and research are inspiring as well and very much appreciated. It is Great when our Shareholders actually understand the Battle we have been through, the dire Need and Demand for Low-cost Cancer Killing Drugs.

Just as outlined in our Cancer Drug Comparable Report, the Growth Potential for our Cancer Killing Drugs is Outstanding for all our Shareholders.

However, my Calendar is pretty accurate so we are good. The Markets have been just as Wild as "EBYH" trading on such a sporadic manner! It's Great to see a Brand New Market for us to begin to take shape while handing ALL our Shareholders the Ground floor opportunities to Invest in a number of different ways to ensure Financial participation from our past and future Success.

Today the DOW is still Fighting a slow decline from the recent All-time High it reached a few days ago.

The DOW is trading around 40,500 -250, fighting to stay over 40,000 again.

The Flavor of today is the Jobs Report from Yahoo:

US stocks erased earlier gains on Friday as investors digested a crucial jobs report that provided clues to the size of this month's expected interest rate cut and the resilience of the US economy.

Tech stocks led the morning's declines, with the Nasdaq Composite (^IXIC) down nearly 2% in early trading. The S&P 500 (^GSPC) and Dow Jones Industrial Average (^DJI) dropped around 1% and 0.5%, respectively.

The US economy added 142,000 jobs in August, which trailed expectations for about 165,000 jobs added. Prior month job growth was also revised lower, as the labor market showed signs of continued cooling. The unemployment rate, however, ticked back down to 4.2%.

The Good news:

The report shifted expectations for the Fed to enact a more sizable rate cut at its meeting in less than two weeks. According to the CME FedWatch tool, traders see a 50-50 chance of a 50 basis point cut, which was up significantly from Thursday.

The debate now turns to how much the Federal Reserve will cut interest rates. And the answer isn't clear.

"We still believe that the Federal Reserve will only lower rates by 25 basis points during the Federal Open Market Committee meeting in less than two weeks and open the door, by updating the dot plot, to more rate cuts before the end of the year, based on 'incoming data,'" Eugenio Aleman, chief economist at Raymond James, wrote in reaction to the report.

Back to "EBYH" the Bidders seem to be Winning the fluctuating market swings, I'm glad it is working. Once the general markets kicks in say goodbye to these days of selective Bidding. Enjoy it while it last and HOPEFULLY you can accumulate some "cheap stock" as they say!

The Bid/Ask is a constant spread Opportunity orders are jumping all over the place while the Bid drops and the Offers/Ask come in and then disappear!

*** In the last few weeks we've been seeing the "EBYH" Bid hovering around .15 - .20 and most of the trading is still happening in the .25 - .35 cent range. I seen a little trade @ .20 but nothing any lower than that.

Early morning at the open seems to offer the Best Bidding timing, it seems to start off low and inch up from there. Right now it is Bid .074 and the Ask is .34, this is the Lowest Bid price I've seen in a minute. It was .71 early this morning then .72, and now .074. It is possible orders are not showing, it seems to happen quite often.

*** This is Great though, our Guys can possibly take advantage of the thinly traded "EBYH" market these days. This makes for easy pickings for the low hanging fruit. How long will this last, not so sure.

Yesterday a couple orders came in at the .15 - .20 - .28 Bid levels and the action started. So keep on keeping on, the Company Momentum will take over once we start the exposure programs though the 1-Million Strong Killing Cancer VIP Fundraiser Events and subsequent Television, Print, and Online Advertising.

Once these Event exposure programs kickin we could see some serious supply and demand changes in that "EBYH" market. I mean this is how it supposed to work. Buy Low and Sell High is the name of the Game, and momentum is the Key.
