Just as in the True meaning of the word, the shareholder “Loyalty GIFT”, is not a shareholder right, not a demand, not a dividend, not a debt, it is a “Gift”.

You can give a Gift to anyone you want, Period, just like Santa, Lol. For us it is a “Means to an End”, just to make sure Everyone gets the “Loyalty Gift” just as we Promised. We all know this already.

*** We are now proceeding Step by Step reporting and processing everything with the OTC Exchange, everything is Step by Step when reporting and processing with the Exchange.

We have been quite successful communicating, processing, and reporting, and updating reporting files according to the rules of the Exchange. Obviously, we are pushing hard until our Cannabis Science shares are back up trading again, completed.

We are about to begin focusing on updating ALL our Company websites for these “Next Steps”. Our Worldwide Corporate Presence and our Corporate Culture will "Once again" become the main focus. This is done through our Corporate packages, Product Brochures, FDA BLOCKBUSTER DRUG targets, CBN Patent products, ALL our State-by-State Projects, tracking and negotiating software. This is all for our Growth and Reporting for our OTC Exchange filings and reporting requirements as we Grow.

*** ALL OTC Exchange filings and reporting are done Step by Step, obviously we are focused on walking through the process with the OTC Exchange to bring our Cannabis Science shares back up to trade through this Acquisition. Period.

Once we are completed, all assets will be combined and reported combined from ALL Companies under the “Thermic Science” Flagship Corporation (ENDO) as planned and as we report Step by Step until closed, and all filings are completed with the OTC Exchange. Success.

ALL companies will be included that are included in the Thermic Science projected conglomerate, Drug targets, Projects, Assets, Awards, Historical Events Calendar, Brochures, Job Opportunities, updated flow charts, Industrial Hemp production and Product pipeline packages, Thermic Product line updates, and much more.

Right NOW, 1 share of Cannabis Science will be 1.5 shares of Cannabis Science for ALL Cannabis Science Shareholders of record. YOU Need to do nothing right now. Pretty simple math. This goes on our books and Corporate Resolutions for Cannabis Science Inc.

When the Cannabis Science transaction “Closes”, shareholders will already have their “Loyalty Gift” and then will receive the shares of the acquiring Company (Thermic Science) when processed through the OTC Exchange as clearly planned.

Right now, we are preparing the Table, and then we start setting the table for the Seven Course Meal! Only our Real Shareholders and Stakeholders are invited.

Jason at Signature is handling the Cannabis Science acquisition as Thermic Science acquired Cannabis Science not the other way around. STC is the Cannabis Science transfer agent, we do business with STC as a Cannabis Science client.

You/Broker/Everyone will be contacted by Signature Transfer Agent or the Company once your CSi shares are ready to be transferred into Thermic Science Class A shares. This is the Class of shares that we added to accommodate the share exchange. This is the main Goal, and we are here, we should be Celebrating, right after!

*** Initially, there will be “No Trading Symbol” for the “Class A” Thermic Science shares used to accommodate the Cannabis Science acquisition. We will do a Registration Statement with Preliminary and Definitive filings to bring our Cannabis Science shares back up to trade.
